The pain in my body after birth made intimacy unbearable.
This tested my relationship in very serious ways. I felt angry and devoid of hope for relief. The scarring, throbbing and emotional turbulence from an episiotomy and aftermath of birth consumed significant space in my postpartum experience.
Whatever birth preparation I thought I had done… was insufficient in the face of this.
This became a story of deepening trust with my inner landscape. The terrain God gifted me and my relationship to my cells, tissues, organs and structural capacity.
Crystal clear intent on miraculous healing eventually became the remedy I needed. I now see and know this piece would have served me all along (long before birth!)
So now it is a divine assignment. All women deserve to know this.

What format does this class come in?
The original call to sense, feel and taste what this space can over you over 13 weeks is at the top of this page.
Every Thursday, inside our private Telegram group I will deliver a voice note. Readily accessible when it best fits your life, your schedule, your rhythm. A transmission, prayer and invitational guided practice to reconnect you with your womb through touch.
Each session can range from 15 minutes to 1 hour. You are welcome to repeat the practice numerous times over the week.
Once per month, announced in the group, we will gather for reflections, questions and sisterhood witnessing.
I am not available right now, or I can't afford this.

What should I expect?
This is a guided experience. We will begin with prayer. You are invited to be in a private, comfortable and safe space for the devotional. I recommend having pure oil such as castor, coconut, tallow, jojoba or any nourishing and pure oil you trust on your yoni. This is for your hands, your ears and your eyes only.
I suggest creating space and time for you to be fully present, safe and comfortable holding yourself 3-5 times per week.
Do I need to believe in God to attend?
Certainly not. My lived experience has informed my spiritual and practical life and I respect we are each on our own journey.
Orienting towards truth, eternal love, God, high self or whatever name you presently work with is invited with an open heart.
